Read the verses below and identify the hidden Tajwid rules before checking the answers.

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ

Hint: Look at the last letter. What rule applies when you stop on a Qaf (ق)?

Qalqalah Kubra (Strong Echo). Because the word ends with a Qalqalah letter (ق) and we are stopping on it, the echoing sound is pronounced strongly.

مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

Hint: Look at the Nun Sakinah (نْ) followed by the letter Shin (ش).

Ikhfa Haqiqi (Hiding). The sound of the Nun Sakinah is hidden and held for 2 harakat with nasalization (Ghunnah) before pronouncing the Shin.
